Newcastle VS Wolves by James, Marcus and Ryan

Starting with our man of the match, Pappiss Demba Cisse. He played well throughout the game and always seemed to be in the right place at the right time.

In the first half we dominated the game but in the second half we dropped off and let Wolves run circles around us. It was definitely one of our worst performances of the season but a great performance from Wolves with their new manager Terry Connor.

(Well done to Terry)
We were 2-0 up at half time but it could have easily been more and during the second half we conceded two unlucky goals to bring our once superb performance to a crashing and shocking draw at the end of the match.
We could have won the match and picked up 3 points if we hadn’t fallen asleep in the second half and Danny Simpson hadn’t deflected that extremely fluky goal!
Our next match is at home against our local rivals Sunderland (The Mackems)

I’ve told my brother, Neil, who lives down in South Wales to look up your blog. He’s been a huge Wolves fan since he was a little boy (about 45 years!) When he was 18 years old, he acquired a bright orange boiler suit from a road construction worker so that he could wear it to matches. Unfortunately, a rival fan took exception to what it looked like and sprayed it with bright red paint after a match. He was very upset at the time!
