The principal objectives of the WDL are to:
Promote international and intercultural understanding;

Build capacity in partner institutions to narrow the digital divide within and between countries.
Handwritten notes and illustrations captured remotely using an ink filled digital pen on normal paper!
Once plugged in, remotely captured notes are saved to your PCÂ and converted to typed text to then be imported into applications like Word processors and calendar software.
