Dearest Roukayatou,
My name is Simone and as soon a I heard your tale my heart broke. To think , another human could be treated in such an unjust way is unimaginable.
I feel it must be horrible to have to work tirelessly at the goldmine , you must be tired to the bone, however I ‘m glad to hear your children are sponsored and thriving well. Furthermore I hope Fatima succeeds in her course , she seems to be doing excellently despite the crisises you have faced.
Nevertheless I’m disgusted , and I will try to end the cruelty you face!
Yours faithfully
Simone Dawes

Hi Simone, You clearly know how to write a clearly organised letter, well done. It can be a nice idea to ask a question in your letter so they have something to write back to you. You have also used some great vocabulary, I particularly like ‘tirelessly’. Well done! Miss R
