Georges mum pops up to the shop which leaves George and grandma. grandma says lots of creepy stuff about magic in her finger tips. then George makes a medicine and grandma grows and grows and grows and she makes a big hole in the roof Georges dad is so excited that he makes more but they all fail.

There are lots of poems in this book, my favourite is bitter butter one because you have to read it very quickly.
My next favourite is the monkeys in the car one and they make lots of noize.The main thing is that it made me laugh.
I learnt lots about different poems including limericks ,cuplets and tongue twisters I would give this book 10
out 0f 10.
The Twits Auther Rhoal Dahl I thought it was one of the most funniest books I’v ever read . I like this because it was funny when he gave grandma the medicine and when she jump on the giant horse and started to madly ride.George really hates his grandma and gives her his medicine wich he makes.

Gargoyles (Guided reading)
A book about Gargoyles being friends with humans. The two humans have been on a trip to a book fair expecting to meet their favourate author Troy Brawn who writes spy-boy but once they got there they found they couldn’t meet him . They had to meet Lily Twinkletoes (not their favourite author ) and were forced to weir fairy things(tiara and wand).Also they had a horrible picture. So the gargoyles set to work then maneged to delete the photo. Then at the end Troy Brawn showed up.
