Huddersfield football club

On the 26th of May it was the day when Huddersfield Town were going to get promoted to the championship.  They were in the play off final against Sheffield United.  We had a full English breakfast and set off. We got there and decided we were going into the club shop.  I bought a football which was soft.  The shop was  massive.  We met my Uncle David and Chris.  The match had started, in the first half both teams were equal and there wasn’t any good chances.  Straight away Danny Ward hit the bar.  Oooooooo so close.  I was pale white and the most worried man on the planet. Whoo whoo it was extra time.  In extra time they saved it on the line after our Peter Clarke headed it into the corner.  It was penalties Damien Johnson, Tommy Miller and Alan Lee missed. Sheffield United scored one out of three. Wembley was rocking. It went down to goalies after 20 penalties.  Alex Smithies vs Steve Simonsen. Town goalies gone for power Shef keeper gets a touch but powers into the corner.  Too strong for Steve.  All on this pen and he sky’s it.  yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss we’ve been promoted to the championship.  Huddersfield Town get in.
