Famous composer!!!!

There was a composer called Franz Joseph Haydn. The father of the modern symphony and the inventor of the string quartet. Franz Joseph Haydn wrote 340 hours of music!! that is astonishing. That is a lot of music!!! He invented the string quartet when only three members of his team were able to attend a recital. A violinist, a violist, and a cellist. Haydn quickly re-orchestrated one of his composition scheduled for that evening, for a quartet including himself as a second violinist!!! He liked the sound so much that he decided to write more music for the orchestration. That is absolutely marvelous!!!  I wish that I could do that!!!

Thanks for reading

NEYMAR is the best second BRAZILIAN player he can do all new tricks. He really  can do an  overhead kick. He plays for Santos and the best player in his team. Against England he scored a goal, when the ball was in the air he over head kicked it and he missed.

Tom Palmer’s visit!!!

Posted by Naqiba | Posted in Uncategorized | Posted on 03-03-2013

Tom Palmer came to visit us and to open our brand new library. He talked to us about some of his new books. He has written some fantastic books like Football Academy, Black op etc. I thought that it was really easy to write books but he said that he had to write his books 8 times to get it all perfect and then he sends them off to get published so that we can read his books and admire them as well.

In his childhood Tom Palmer did not like to read books. He hated them. His mum encouraged him to read books. Gradually Tom started reading books about football.  As he read more and more books he became more and more interested about books. Tom does not only read books, oh no he also read magazines, newspapers etc.

Tom also said that he visits other countries so that he can have a idea for his characters. He visits many different countries not only one or two.

He also said that it takes quite a long time to write his books. He said that it mainly depended on which book he was going to write. Some of the books took one month to write whereas other books took four months to finish!!!

Then Tom asked us questions about what we knew about books. He said that who ever gets the answer correct then that person will get to the penalty shoot out and compete for the trophy.  Quite a few children got the questions correct. In the goal was Mr. Shackleton and he did not let any  goal through except for one and that was Xasan’s. So then he won the trophy. He was extremely happy.

Thanks for reading bye!!!

Wasn’t me
Wasn’t me
said the little mouse
I didn’t run up no clock

you could hickory me
you could dickory me
or lock me in a dock

I still say
I didn’t run up no clock

Was me who ran under your bed
Was me who bit into your bread
Was me who nibbled your cheese

But please please,
I didn’t run up no clock
no hickory
no dickory
no dock
