Y2 – Palm

I hope you have all had a really great time with your family over half term. I have been away for a few days to the seaside – but now I am back and looking forward to all the exciting things we will be learning together over the next few months.

Here are the calendars for November and December! We will be reading lots of different versions of Cinderella, and then we will be going to the theatre to see ‘Beauty and the Beast.’ It’s going to be ‘Children in Need’ in a couple of weeks time, and also the Mathletics 4 Nation Challenge! Have you seen the new update on the Mathletics website? It looks great!

I like yoga because it is making me fit and it has animal exercises.

I have loved playing Mathletics it is helping me with me maths.

I enjoyed making crispy buns and biscuits they were very tasty and I loved it.

I like making the colourful Raibow fish and the littl bloe fish. I was the littl bloe fish in our class assembly.

I like bloging. I really liked it when my Dad sent me a kiss on the blog.

I enjoyed making super rice crispy buns because they were delicious and I learnt how to write instructions so I can make them at home with my mum. I have loved playing magnificiant mathletics because it is helping me with my maths also I can play it live and play against my friends and other people around the world.I like the super blog because it is fun and other people can see our amazing work and we have had lots of messages from other schools.I have enjoyed the fantastic trips to The Deep and the Sculpture Park. I am learning to measure ingredients it is great.

I enjoyed the amazing Sculpture Park because there were some fantastic sculptures, I had lots of fun and I have enjoyed The Deep because it was fantastic.We saw lots of amazing fish they were beautiful and colourful. I have enjoyed doing Maths learning about the greater and less than signs also Literacy when we did the Rainbow Fish . We have learnt how to play Mathletics it is lots of fun. Did you know we are learning how to play the ukulele I am really enjoying it? I have also loved baking and i liked making the delicious biscuits they were yummy.I enjoyed writing my super instructions and now i can bake delicious biscuits,rice crispy buns and make salt dough with my mum at home.and i like sowing.

My favourite thing in 2 Palm was the Mathletics Celebration because I love playing Mathletics and I want to get my award at the next one, I have my silver certificate already .I loved making the beautiful Raymbow fish on the windows and making the delicious biskits also we made ries crispy buns they were yummy! The trip to the Deep was amayzing and I saw lodes of buaetiful ,colourful fish. It was fanastic when the Lord Lieutenant came to the school she came to see our amazing classroom.

I have enjoyed doing the deep blue sale in amazing maths and I have also enjoyed duwing yoklaly and working hard. I have learnt how to sew I made a beautiful fish with lots of colors and glitter glue. I have enjoyed super mathletics is good.

I have really enjoyed doing fantastic yoga because i liked doing the octopus pose. I have also enjoyed playing marvellous Mathletics because it is helping me with my maths. I have had lots of fun baking the delicious biscuits and they tasted yummy. I lice it becuse thay are dulishas in my tummy. I wisht we had more yummy bicsits.

I enjoyed going to the amazing Deep because I saw lots of colourful fish swimming slowly and threerayfishes and some scary, huge sharks and they had big teeth and a fin on their backs.I have also enjoyed going to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park because I saw some magnificant sculptures holding onto the tree,a beautiful waterfal and I really enjoyed myself on our brilliant trip.I love marvellous mathletics because I get certificates and mathletics is really helping me with my maths.This half term I got awarded star of the week because i did super writing and my family were really proud of me.I love making yummy rice crispy buns because they tasted delicious.I have enjoyed writing instructions and now I can use this to help me make things at home with my mum.we have larnd how to use adverbs.

I  hav  in jond     mecin   soltdow    fish     and       the         maths .    and    when  we wnt to the   deep and  the  sculpch   parc.     The  ras crispees    were    amasin   and  yumey.   We have   dun    yoga  it  wos  hrad.     The   mathetics   selbraishn   wos mavelous.  We played   the    yuclailey    and I enjoyed singing old mac dnld.

I love doing sewing because it super and make rice crispy buns and they were fabulous. I liked writing the instructions for the rice crispy buns. Mathletics is amazing and 2 palm is great!

My favourite things in 2 palm are when we did the rice crispy buns they were delicious. When we do maths it is so much fun also I play Mathletics which I love . We went to the fantastic Sculpture Park I saw lots of amazing sculptures my favourite one was the rabbit. I enjoyed making the beautiful Rainbow Fish and sewing, ukulele,blogging and learning about Muhammed Ali. 2 Palm is a lot of fun because the classroom is amazing .

my fevit thing was wen you med rice krispi bunz and wen we med fishe and salt dow and we med biskits. we layk the klas. we all layk 2 palm.

My favoite thinks in 2 palm is plays mathlice and writing. I like play with my frends. Mathlics is super!

The deep was amazing! School is amazing! I injode makeing biskits and going to the yoshrer sculch park.

I enjoyed 2 palm because we play yoga and we made delicious buns. Maths is amazig I loved the deep salel and we have played mathletics. You get certifctificates and you get points! We went to the Deep and the brilliant Sculpture park my favourite sculpture was the person with the words on.
